I went to go pickup a truck that I reserved explained to the person at the front that we we're moving to Lethbridge not only does she give me attitude the whole time when I'm the customer she puts me in a truck that steers horribly and the needle on the fuel gauge went down quarter of a tank before I even got home. No other option within an hour of me so no choice but should have drove there instead of coming here

BEWARE of renting from the Creston, BC Practicar! We rented a mini van from them. The van was filthy, smelled and was far older than we expected. The minute we got into the van the tire pressure light came on and we had to fill every tire before we headed out on our trip. A short half hour into our trip the oil change bell came on and continued to come on everytime we started the van. The back of van banged and we could tell the rear sway bar link was broken. It's obvious they do not maintain their vehicles properly or safely. When we returned the vehicle and complained to the manager she tried to explain away all the issues and refused to give us appropriate compensation for all the trouble. Do not RENT here!!!

When the Uhaul truck we ordered was suddenly unavailable we were given a larger one at the same price.
