KUDOS! To enterprise car rental at Jones Rd. Oceanside. My overall experienced to service and staff is excellent. Brittany and another male staff (who help me check in) are awesome. He asked me a few questions, and I end up telling him more. I'm comfortable enough to talk to him like a friend. I'm so busy running my mouth that I just simply forgot to get the name of that staff. Thanks to Enterprise for accommodating me on my last minute car rental. I always go for Enterprise since I never have problem with them. Enterprise at Jones Road Oceanside is a must for me, for it's location and quality service.

As a truck driver I'm gone so much it doesn't make sense to own a car for me. It's easier to just rent one when I'm home. Always have no problems here.

I got a rental on the spot as soon as I turned in my personal vehicle to the body shop, a van was all they had and I needed a vehicle so I got it, I payed the total for one day and did not pay for insurance because my personal insurance covers me, everything was fine till next day I got a smaller vehicle that fit my needs but, I they got me good because some how the guys put me for insurance for the vehicle without asking me, well I ended up paying almost double the amount I booked it for just because of the insurance and hidden fees. The staff was professional and friendly and good people but they got me this time with the insurance, I blame it on myself for not verifying upfront what I was going to pay for.

I rented a Chevy Malibu at a reasonable rate and truly enjoyed driving it around Fort Pendleton and San Diego!

Had a reservation on base which first opened 25min late and secondly, didn’t have cars on their lot. Luckily, this location was able to help us out in no time. This will be my go to from now on. The staff is friendly and professional. Thank you so much!
