My wife and I bought a used luxury vehicle off Boris and are completely satisfied with our purchase. Boris was referred to me by another happy customer of his and I am thankful that I took that persons advice and went down to his showroom to purchase the vehicle he had advertised. He was very professional, honest and personable. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles and extremely reasonable to deal with. The vehicle is exactly what he said it was and after owning and enjoying our new SUV it was time to leave an honest and genuine review! I will definitely be back when it’s time to purchase another vehicle and I will highly recommend him and his business to anyone in the market for a used luxury vehicle.

Purchased a car very recently from Boris. Car was in very nice shape and inspected properly. No issues, very fair pricing. Very easy to work with and knowledgeable. No pressure and very respectful. No issues with haggling on prices. Test drives were no issue. Easy to connect with and overall very decent gentlemen. When it came to pick up, very flexible and even offered to drop it off. Would recommend and would be a repeat customer.

We bought a 2011 Volvo XC90 from Luxury Line Auto. We’ve been driving it for 2 months. We are very happy with the vehicle and the price. We felt very comfortable and happy to deal with Boris as well. We are looking forward to get our second car from Luxury Line Auto very soon.

Sales guy was more focused on his phone than selling his car, very non serious attitude. Cars were nice but pretty over priced, when presented with a reasonable offer his attitude turned very condescending. Overall do not recommend going here unless you're willing to pay 1/3 extra for peace of mind to find a clean car, and possibly tolerate childish behavior. Was a total waste of time for me.

BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a 2006 Honda Civic from Boris in July 2021 for our daughter/brand new driver. It came with a "clear inspection". Upon test driving the car, we noted there was a loud bang coming from the rear of the vehicle. We advised Boris, who said he would have it looked at/fixed, which he did. We purchased the car the following day, and within two hours of driving it the muffler fell off the car-completely rusted right through. We spent $700 to have it fixed, and learned the exhaust was not to standard AND could have caused poisoning to our daughter, so had that fixed too. We contacted Boris and he said he could have had it fixed for a few hundred dollars/why didn't we just contact him, yet took zero ownership (even though his mechanic had been under the car the day prior to fix the other issue and noted nothing about the muffler about to fall off). We asked for more details/asked for clarity on what fixed a few days prior and Boris said he would confirm and get back to us-he never did. Note: we did not take the car to be fixed by Boris (as he'll note in his response to this review) because why would we trust him to fix anything given it had been on a hoist a few days prior and the muffler was not noted to be an issue. After only a few weeks of having the car we put another $1700 into it (front brakes, brake pads, new radiator, block heater-which Boris advised it already had one and it did not). Fast forward another month and we put another $615 into it (new rear brake hardware as it seized during driving). So, within a few months of owning the car, we have now spent over $3000 so it is drivable. I am sure Boris will ask why we did not contact him when the other problems arose and why we are posting several months later. We did not contact Boris the second or third time, because he did not reply the first time as he said he would. Why am I posting several months later? There is no deadline to post a review--all of these issues arose within 8 weeks of purchasing the car. I am sure Boris will have some kind of interesting reply that he tried to make the muffler situation right (based on how he replies to similar reviews), and so on, but it is all lip service. Do not trust Boris and his "clear inspection", "mint vehicle" adds. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Boris, get your own inspection by a trust worthy independent inspector.
