Left messages throughout the day for an exotic car rental in Seattle while I’m here visiting with my son for concerts. I never received a call back. I can’t imagine this is a good way to run a business, but I guess the exotic branch is bolstered by the rest of the company’s rentals, so they can afford to lose my business...

No problems at all with our rental in Washington state. The car we wanted was ready and waiting for us and we were professionally ushered to the car by a person who provided us with all the information we needed about the rental. We both surveyed the car (something other rental companies don't typically do) to identify any current damage and we were on our way! Our return in Oregon was just as uneventful.....no waiting with the check-in. Thanks Enterprise for a great experience!

The class I reserved was not available and they upgraded us to a larger size. It was perfect except for the windshield which was covered over with a thick layer of what appeared to be grime on the inside (made driving into the sun nearly impossible). Tried to clean, but had to give up as my age no longer permits me to reach too far. The rental staff made certain I knew how to operate the car correctly and stayed with me until I could verify I was going to be able to drive it properly. Really appreciated this. About the only point I feel may have been better was during the return, the gentleman had forgot to ask me for the IA FOB's. (I forgot and had them in my pocket). I only remembered them after I had gotten to the main terminal. Walked back down and gave them to a rental shuttle driver, telling him to get these back to Enterprise. He smiled and said it happened all the time. They apparently got back, but it would have saved me considerable walking if the agent had remembered to remind me to give him the keys. All-in-all, completely satisfied with Enterprise.

Car was clean, and problem free. Employees were very professional, but at the same time very upbeat, positive, and pleasant to talk to. Pick up is always quick and easy, and drop off is the same. Never had a problem with Enterprise. Keep up the good work!

I made reservations on-line as I usually do and when it came to "choose" the car, there were 2 choices. Normally, there are more. The prices in Seattle were extremely high, as is most things on the west coast. The interior of the car, particularly the front windshield was very dirty and you could see where someone made a single attempt to make one swipe of it. The interior was dirty. Car only had about 3200 miles on it. Staff was accommodating, nothing spectacular compared to other Enterprise locations. The ease of picking up the car and dropping it off were good.
