Put a down payment for reserving a big van 2 weeks before I needed it. The day I needed it, they did not have the van. The only thing left, the manager said, was a beat up Toyota van. I had 8 people with 8 big luggages. How would all that fit in the Toyota van? Besides, that thing looked like it could break down any time. I told them to refund me. Then I had to go 3 miles to Enterprise to get what I needed. Enterprise charged me more because I did not make reservation. Wasted 3 hours and ended up paying more. Not a good way to start for a vacation.

They close until 11/12/2018. Today is 11/5/2018. They have a long long vacation..

The worst place on the earth! Do not do business with this people. Very rude people with horrible service and worst cars you can find. What they do here is not called business, it's stealing money. I don't know how they are not in jail yet and how their business is still open. Their cars are not reliable and when you ask to cancel and refund they will insult you and use curse words. Please do yourself a favor and take all these 1 star reviews seriously!

He prices his cars at the maximum for fair market value. If you try to offer him a fair market price, which is closer to a price that is preferable to the consumer, he will outright refuse. He is looking for a sucker, and he will wait until he gets one.
