Not dependable at all!! Called and reserved a pick up but they said that they didn't have any left when I got there but would have one in the next few days. I took an suv for the time being even though I really didn't need it as I needed the truck. After a week I still never received any calls so I went over there only to find that they had 3 trucks there on the lot. I wasted most of my insurance money on a vehicle that I didn't even need. Not happy!!

Tyler was always ready and willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was comfortable and happy. This locatiom will be my go to for any rentals in the future. I was dealt with in a timely manner and given a great vehicle. I had been in an accident and that was why I needed a vehicle and Tyler took the stress of another thing to deal with away! Made the reservation the night before met Heather in the am. She was very informative ,we received a better price than our original quote. Very courtesy polite and just down to earth. Our returning the vehicle the gentleman waited 45 mins past the closing time. We did a quick overview of vehicle and we were done in no time at all . Great job discount you are now my number one choice thanks Ian R Jones

Discount Car Rental (Stonebridge Hotel location) will be the only rental business that I ever use again. Tyler and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience was spectacular! Tyler is just fantastic to deal with. He's funny, friendly, courteous and he gets you into your rental quickly and efficiently. The prices are by far the best in town and my rental was immaculate and ready to go on time (actually 30 minutes early!).
