We had an excellent experience with Discount Car and Truck Rentals. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were picked up from the airport and brought to Discount Car and Truck Rental office. Paper was completed and we were provided a brand new full-sized Ford truck. We not have to worry about driving the truck back to the rental office on the day of our departure as they offered to pick up the rental truck at our hotel so we could just hop on the shuttle to the airport without any delays. If we are ever back to Grand Prairie we will definitely rent with Discount Car and Truck Rentals again. They offered professional and courteous service.

What an amazing team. It starts with Dianna and flows through to each team member. My experience in trying to rent a car in GP at all other car rental companies could not work because of "policy". I spoke to Diana and explained the situation and provided all necessary items required to rent a car per "policy" and because of the nature within Diana to understand "policy" aka humans and risk tolerance I was able to get a car to attend a family get together in Jasper! Thank you so much team!

This was the best experience that I had at a rental company ever. The manager went way above and beyond his duty to help me get a truck and get my personal truck into a shop for repair quicker than I could find anywhere. Knowing I was from way out of town he took it upon himself to get me setup for my truck repair. Great staff.

Our whole experience with discount in Grande Prairie was phenomenal. Dianna was super friendly and more than accommodating. She even came in on a Saunday to make sure we had what we needed. We will only use discount for our rental needs.

I have been renting from Discount for several years, and the staff just keep getting better! They have fantastic rates, great vehicles, amazing service, and convenient hours. It's always a great day when you rent from Discount!
