Kendal was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Even taking time for us after store hours, she did not rush us and answered all of our questions. She went the extra mile to make sure that our new truck was perfect for us so we could safely travel back to Manitoba. We had a wonderful sales experience buying our new truck. We would totally recommend this place. Aaron & Christina Van Staats

Bobbi Josephson has been my go to person for years! It doesn’t matter if I plan my trip months in advance or call her at the last minute, I can always count on her to get me into a great vehicle for a great price!! You can’t go wrong dealing with Bobbi at Driving Force Grande Prairie.

Bobbi and her staff were amazing to deal with, customer service is definitely their priority. Everything from picking me up on my reservation date, to making drop offs a breeze. Anytime I need a rental, she's always got something to fit my request. Vehicles are always in top shape and CLEAN! Best rentals in Grande Prairie

I have recently done business with the Grande Prairie location and have had an absolutely great experience. The entire team has done a great job at keeping me entertained while I was waiting for my rental. The vehicle was clean, fueled up and I was confortably on my way in no time. Thanks again Bobbi for the great service!

Our sales person. Named Tatiana in the grande prairie branch was short with us very unprofessional. Not sensitive to some one that was just in a accident and looking for a rental and had no idea how the rental system works ..very rude. Then lost our info twice even after the insurance adjuster had given all the info and tryed to put it off on me to my wife that there was multiple attempts to get a hold of me .needless to say u wont be back to this place based on this person's attitude. Other than that nice vehicles and the manager seems very nice
