Kumar and his staff are exceptional. I am grateful everytime I pick up a vehicle with their strong commitment to customer service and overall kindness. Visiting Avis in Fort St. John makes my work travel a total joy. Thank you guys.

Friendly fast service and had the lowest rates of the three national rental companies at the airport.

I rent from Avis every time I'm in FSJ and they have been so consistent and helpful every time. It was -33 out when I landed and they were kind enough to heat up the car before I arrived. They really went above and beyond.

I had a negative experience with one of their vehicles last year, but since then, they had listened to my concerns, read my online review, and made reparations. They worked to repair their reputation and had provided excellent service throughout my experience. Yes, the whole year they remained in contact with me and were ready the next time I was shopping for a rental. In the end they gave me a great price and helped me find what I needed. It really helped that I was filming for a non-profit who did not have a large budget, but I had a lot of equipment to travel with:).

I was very pleased with the service I received. I originally booked a small vehicle without snow tires, but my visit coincided with a snow fall. The Avis employees noted that the car I had originally booked was not appropriate for the weather and road conditions. He offered to upgrade me to a 4-wheel drive with snow tires. I really appreciated his suggestion and was glad I followed up. The vehicle we ended up renting made the trip in snowy weather safer and more comfortable. He also warmed up the car when my colleague and I waited for luggage. It was great! After a long flight that was delayed because of the snow, having our car ready to go was a welcome change of pace. Dropping off the vehicle was equally easy. The employees were expecting me and quickly processed the return.
