It looks like they are deleting my review every time I leave it. This company was absolutely horrible to me. I booked my truck one month before I needed it for two days, the day before my move I received a call from U-Haul telling me I can’t have the truck for longer than one day. The customer service made no attempt whatsoever to remedy this issue, And would not even offer a simple apology or explanation. When trying to book another truck the best they could do was a truck 2 1/2 hours away from me. I cancelled all orders and got a truck through Driving Force who were exceptional in every aspect of their customer service and reliability. Not only will I never use U-Haul again, but I have told everyone I know about my experience and hopefully they won’t either.

I have rented twice from the Rentco Uhaul location and have been extremely satisfied both times. Other Uhaul locations in Grande Prairie have not met the high standard of customer service that the Rentco Uhaul location provides. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in their dealings with customers. They even sold me a hitch at a reasonable price ($43) when I had left mine at work. Highly recommend them to anyone.

We book for reservation 2 weeks before. It was approve but the day before the schedule they call and said we have to pickup the truck at valleyview. People at this location are very uneducated.

I was Leary to call because of the low reviews but the guy on the phone was very nice and helpful and come moving time I will definitely be going through them. Now, at the end of the month, if things go bad I will post, but if not, I'll leave this as it is
