We made an appointment on Thursday for Monday morning, it was suggested we get there around 8. We get to the location shortly there after, we are not in the system the appointment was not made and we had to drive 30 mins, my husband took time off work and they did not even have the right part to get us in until the following day. We asked why the parts were not ordered as the lady we made the appointment knew the reason of the service call. we just moved from Calgary and indented to use this dealership for both of our vehicles. Well that simply is not happening now. This is extremely poor customer service, lack of communication, simply not capable of doing their job of inputting appointments.

Recently moved to Lacombe and took car in for airbag recall. Excellent care from competent Service Dept. Subsequent warning light issue accommodated & diagnosed quickly and efficiently plus apprising me of battery issue before a long trip and then rectifying. Appreciate staff enthusiasm & professionalism. Also observed that people genuinely like working there - that says a lot. Never had same vibe from MGM in Red Deer.

Submitted my car for a change oil and they broke it. And yet they can’t accept that fact that their incompetence was the result of my car braking. Won’t even fix my car even though they were the ones who broke it in the first place😕 I’d say the worst car repair places. Wish I could rate they store a 0 DO NOT GO TO QUICK LANE!

I deal with the Lacombe Ford parts department on a regular basis. They are lovely to intact with, very helpful and consistently deliver on what they promise. I highly recommend them!

I thought it was a good place to deal with. Because they value their customers, strive for excellence...blah, blah, blah... they're great when there is money to be made for them, otherwise, forget it. I took my car in for an oil change. So they tell me it has this particular issue. Considering this car is a 2014 with 60 some thousand km on it, I think hopefully it will be covered under warranty. Nope, my bad luck, they say the warranty expired just 8 days before. Now I know from dealing with other car dealerships, they can honour warranty issues even after the date, at their discretion, especially when it is so close. I would have just let it go, if it had not been a $2000 issue, and if they hadn't told me this problem happens alot with fords. I emailed asking if there was anything they could do, they offered no help, no solution, they just said that they couldn't help. Then I email them again, just to remind them that they had had my car in there, well before the warranty was up, to replace the brakes. Considering they would have taken it for a test drive, I had to ask, why didn't you catch the problem then? Or, if they had, why did you wait until the warranty was off before mentioning it? That got a response. They said customer satisfaction us very important to them, and they wanted to talk to me. This was over a week ago, and no one has bothered to get back to me yet, even after I called and left a message. I should also mention... almost a week before all this happened, In regards to an unrelated issue... I called and was told to bring my car in. They said they would take it for a test drive. When I got there, they never took it for a drive, just said since your car isnt having the issue right now, there is nothing we can do. If they had taken it for a drive, like they said they would, they'd have known about the other issue earlier.
