Crystal has been absolutely FANTASTIC!! She really helped us out of a jam today, when two other locations fell through with trucks we had ordered. When I spoke with her on the phone she was terrific --- friendly, charismatic, knowledgeable, & accommodating. -Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants personal and reliable service! :)

Crystal was amazing! Very friendly, fast and efficient. Talked about daily life and joking when filling out paper work and payment. Made the whole experience very easy! Thank you so much! Will always ask for Crystal and recommend her to anyone needing a truck!

Had a terrible experience with 3 other uhaul places who wouldn't take back the truck. This place was the only one that offered any assistance whatsoever. Thank you to Crystal for being the only representative interested in helping us or even allowing us to return a truck as scheduled.
