I go to the station now and then and I try to support them on Wednesdays they have a very good price on 20 lb fillups on Wednesday however I can tell as a former business owner that one of the issues with this company is the attitude of the staff. Personally I would tell them if they can't come to work with a happy face on to go home with pay for the day and if this happened three times I would fire them because I find that the people working here seem to have something bothering them maybe it's the management of the company itself. When I visited this location for the first time yesterday this is the communication that I did not receive. ' "hello sir just bring those tanks over here, let me grab them for you, our fill spot is over here in case this is yourcfirst time here. Is this the first time at our new location? Oh you drove from the old location 10km to support us here thank you " What I got instead was no greeting then, take those tanks down there, that was the first interaction, take those tanks down there. So I took them halfway down thinking that was a spot. No further was the next interaction. I try to be jovial wow it sure is cold I got nothing in response when I went to pay inside I had forgot the price from the previous time and when he run up 2350 I said did that used to be 215? It was not meant to be adversarial, all he said it's never been that way. There was no thank you sir,v have a nice day sir, thank you for coming sir, any form of communication. I have the option of driving to St Albert Costco. It costs me in gas to do that but I also save some money, or their friendly competitor down yellowhead. I think the staff of this business need a serious attitude adjustment or the human resources manager needs to be replaced and they find somebody who knows something about customer service skills so they can hire the right staff because today people expect politeness we speak English most of us and speaking English is part of normality. And that is the way that many of us like to live, at least I do, and I appreciate these young men for the work they do but I also will be treated with respect or I will no longer be supporting any business such as this. Without customers, they have no business, and that is a real review, and honest. New location same staff attitude.
