Phoned today because I needed a vehicle for a couple days. I got told two things: One - None available; two - minimum 5 day rental. Now and then I need a vehicle while mine is in for repair. This is the closest rental place to my mechanic. Nothing available is annoying but not their fault I need something last minute. However a minimum 5 day rental is not acceptable. No more Budget for me. On my previous visit I couldn't get the stereo system of the vehicle to shut up. The person helping me was not helpful and somewhat grumpy.

I have rented from these young ladies twice and the service was excellent, the girls are super friendly and I would definitely recommend this Budget.

Have rented there on several occasions and vehicle has always been ready to go. Staff is extremely friendly and courteous.

Useless, rent one online show up not Available, told to come back within two hours and they will have a vehicle ready. Since they were so unorganized I decided to call ahead. I called to make sure I was able to still get a vehicle, I get a ride to their business (again!!) I wait while the personal Infront of me Seems as if he's going thru the exact same situation. I get to the counter after calling ahead to make sure there will be a vehicle present for me to take, the lasy tells me there was a mix up and my vehicle has been sent to a different budget in town and I'll need to wait once again . Moral of the story is do not ever rent thru budget as they more then likely will screw up your plans more then once. Thanks alot budget for wasting my time when I could have been at work. Your the best. Go enterprise.
