Picked up a car from them on Friday. I have dealt with a lot of rental companies over last couple years. The team here went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Car was totally clean in and out. The rates were very competitive. Aman is a really wonderful guy to deal with.

Wonderful Staff. I rented a car for a family trip but my cousin decided to join us too. They switched us from a mid size car to a minivan for very nominal charges. 100% recommended.

Amandeep was exceptionally helpful and made the rental whole process very easy. He took his time to explain everything i had questions about and was very upfront about the types of things I could be potentially charged for while renting the car. Would recommend.

Really nice people there who know what they are doing. Both trucks I had were very clean on the inside. Only thing I didn't like is that they gave me a vehicle with 1/8th tank of gas when I was rushing to work. Would have been nice if they handed over the rental with some more gas in it (1/2 tank or something) so you don't have to go to the first gas station you see immediately.

From my own experience, I called the location in advance to prepare for the potential of arriving late due to a delayed flight. I was advised by staff at location that if I were over 5 minutes late then the office would close and this would be considered a cancellation. I was struck by the difference in customer service from enterprise compared to other companies that are ready to wait knowing that you're late. It's a part of the rental business and I took this care for granted. I asked corporate and the policy is that non-airport locations should try to wait up to 30 minutes. I rented a car and I ended up with an SUV with 1/4 tank of gas. For a location in the heart of an auto all surrounded by cars, this was hard to take. An additional fee was taken for incidentals which is not common practice. In other words your mileage will vary at this location depending on how aggressive staff are. In my case I dealt with someone who identified himself as Adam.
