Placed the vehicle request through the app, even though later I found there was a difficulty with my request being fulfilled. The vehicle was still waiting for me. Gentlemen staff I delt with were great.

Had a reservation for morning of May 5, however I called their office on the evening of May 4 and asked if I would be able to get a vehicle earlier due to an emergency. The guy that answered the phone said that he would look into it and call me back. After 15 mins of waiting, I called back and he didn't pick up the phone. He didn't even bother calling me. When I picked up the vehicle the next morning, I was asked to check around the car and report any major dings or dents to the body of the vehicle as well as any cracks or chips on the windshield. We did not see any so we did not report anything. That night we parked the car in the driveway and noticed there was something hanging underneath the vehicle. The plastic undercover was just hanging from the passenger side of the vehicle. We called them and explained what we found. They told us that we should have checked it all out before taking the vehicle and that we might be liable. So I ended up going to a mechanic and asked them to put the proper clips back on so that it is secure. The car was driven on the road at all times and should not have been hanging like that. Someone had tried to put a Phillips screw in the clip holder to hold it in place but it ended just falling back out. Furthermore, why would I report it if I did in fact cause the damage? Chances are that they probably would not have notice it hanging underneath when I return the car anyway. I think that after every return, the rental place should be checking the car out completely to ensure the safety of the vehicle for the next customer. They did not take responsibility/ownership of their fault and could have caused further damage to the vehicle itself or potentially other vehicles on the road. My beef with all this is that I not only was accused of damaging their car which I had to fix out of pocket and that I received very poor customer service from this location. Overall, it was a bad experience and I would not rent from that location again.

The service we received here was nothing short of egregious. Thanks to this one experience, this one chance to prove to us you could provide proper service, you go ahead and drop the ball. Now we will never be returning. When we make a reservation online for an evening pick up, and you even call me to confirm the pick up time, and then have the audacity to make me wait 75 minutes (you read that right, seventy-five) at an absent desk, it baffles me how you are able to speak to me with attitude. When you call me and say my car is ready to be picked up, and I arrive on time, I expect you to be there. Whether the airport is busy or not, I expect you to be there. I upheld my end of the agreement, and you did not reciprocate. Disrespectful. That was an entire evening wasted just waiting for someone to return and do their job.
