I would leave 0 stars if I could. We bought a truck camper here and really just stay away if that is what you are coming here for. It may be a different experience for a motor home but by their own admission they do not move a lot of truck campers and their inexperience clearly showed. (1) They completely mis-mounted our camper. The riser they built left the camper hanging off the rear of the truck. We were new at this and so took their word. Only when we posted pics on the Cirrus camper Facebook group did kind people point out just how bad it was. We fixed it on our own with a layer a 2x4s but, wow was it bad before. Now it’s perfect. (2) On initial delivery they totally “missed” a huge gash down the side. We can only hope it was negligence and not malice but they sure were in a rush to have us back the truck in when we arrived. We noticed it at the last moment before it would have been covered and then on us once we drove off the lot. (3) We had originally special ordered a model that was similar to one on the lot but different colour inside. What showed up was different colour but had totally different interior, basically a model year earlier. They did their best to try and have us take it but the differences were substantial (rear door poor design, missing ceiling fan, older model heater) and once again it was up to us to figure that out. (4) The window on the one we eventually bought (one on their lot) came with broken window sash. Once again it was up to us to notice. They then managed to break replacement while we waited for them to fix it. More time wasted there. (5) The installer had no clue that tie downs came in front and rear versions. Again up to us to figure out. They had it installed so gas door was blocked (!). Switched it around proper and it worked out ok. (6) The installer put rubber mat on the bed of the camper and then the wood platform on top. As a result the camper slid all around on the first trip, and scratched up the truck bed. We again were saved by kind people of Facebook group who said mat goes on top of wood. No more sliding. (7) They missed on inspection one of the underpanels has split. Again up to us to note and then to fix. (8) After they cleared everything and said we were good to go we checked battery compartment as we had asked to switch in 6V Vs 12V batteries. They made the switch but didn’t wire up batteries, tie them down or put in a restraining bar. Basically inept on multiple fronts or just completely malicious. Either way, stay away.

I cannot say enough good things about this location and its staff! Starting from Jorden who I spoke with after talking to an online tech about what we wanted. He set us up with our salesman Mike. Mike showed us the trailers we had mentioned to Jorden, as well as others that would suit what we were pulling with. He was patient and detailed in explaining the differences between each trailer we looked at, and made it easy to decide on the Jayco Jayflight 174BH. Mike took us to Craig in financing after that same day deciding we wanted to buy this model. Craig took great care of us and explained the financing clearly (even with our crazy 4 year old bouncing around), and did it all that day! We were blown away with the care and attention to this point in our purchasing process. After getting us approved, we grabbed out insurance and set up our pick up date for the following weekend. We arrived for our pick up on a very busy day for them, and they still provided us with a calm and caring process. We were scheduled with Tyler for our walk through, and he checked us in to servicing for our trailer hitch and brake assist to be installed. It was one minute and we were on our way to the trailer to go through it all while the truck was dealt with. Tyler was fantastic! He went through the whole trailer with us and made sure he showed us what we needed to know. He was very friendly and personable, making this exciting and nerve racking day much more relaxed. Tyler took us through the supplies and picked out all of our necessities for first time trailer owners, and made sure we got what we absolutely needed immediately. Tyler then helped us hitch the trailer to the truck and set up the brake assist, making sure we knew everything necessary to have it all set up properly and ready for anything! When it was all said and done, we had the best time! Tyler was amazing, Craig and Mike were amazing, and the entire staff that kept us smiling and giving our daughter stickers were amazing!!! Such a friendly place that I will be recommending everyone I know to go and see Traveland RV Langley when they are ready to buy a trailer. Thank you Traveland RV Langley!

We recently purchased a new Class A Jayco at Traveland. We had a great experience and they were patient as we worked through the decision process. Our sales rep Lorin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He walked us through the various pros and cons of the various models and options including Class C to Class A comparisons. In the end his guidance and expertise helped us select an RV that met our needs and price range. A very helpful staff and we will look to Traveland for our next RV purchase.
