Garry who works the night shift and cab number 22, is by far THE BEST taxi driver I’ve ever had. He is extremely polite, respectful and thoughtful. He doesn’t rip anyone off and doesn’t talk your ear off like some guys do. He is very laid back. My experience with him has been awesome. I won’t see anyone else but him! I’ve seen most of this company’s drivers and he is by far the best. I guarantee you will enjoy his company as your driver.

Said they would be 25-30 min cause they were busy , they never showed up and refused to answer my call when I called them back. I called pacific cabs and they were there in 10 min. Never should have called these guys they are a joke, perfect example of why we want Uber. Call pacific cab if you need a ride not these clowns

Absolute joke. Waited on “hold” for close to 30 mins and kept getting hung up on and my cab never came. Can’t wait til Uber puts these guys out of business.

I take a lot of taxis using a number of different companies in Metro Vancouver. They all have similar problems...sometimes it takes too long for them to find a car for you...drivers you don't like, etc. Today I had a very different experience. The driver who picked me up went far above and beyond. He was kind and very generous in an incredibly difficult moment for me. He was completely professional and, more importantly, an empathetic and caring person. Yes all taxi companies have their issues, but this one has at least one exceptional driver.

Had so many issues with booking cabs with them. They are always late. The dispatcher is always rude. And they will keep you on hold and hang up on you after 10 minutes. We need UBER in BC ASAP 😐
