Got in a mva and needed a rental, and ICBC deals with Hertz which is sad. They are far overpriced compared to Enterprise, and had $500 road star allotment that was not supposed to expire until the full $500 value. Hertz called me up, at my job far away, to hassle me to return it 3 days before it was due. They made a lame excuse it was ICBC and the car was allowed to be kept 3 days more. Not impressed with Hertz and one key fob was useless. The same sized car at Enterprise is $24 day as opposed to $33 for Hertz. Poor service and ICBC are clowns to use cheaper rental places.

I had my first rental at this location this week. The staff were very attentive and professional during check-in and check-out.

Horrible experience. I used to have a Mercedes and was given a Nissan Sentra as a “equivalent rental”. The Nissan ran like a lawnmower, smelt like smoke and had multiple problems. On the very first day I was given the car, I asked if I could be given a call when they had a better car. I wasn’t given a call until a week later to inform my about the end date of my rental. You’re better off going to a different rental company. It is quite clear that this location does not car about its customers.

Poor service, very over price. I recommend anywhere else but the maple ridge Hertz. I would never go there again. Waste my time

Service was ok. Price was a little high. Nothing much to write about just an average car rental place.
