I rented a vehicle on Saturday of the Thanksgiving weekend from this location. The vehicle I had reserved ended up being not the right vehicle for my needs, so the manager was able to give me a more suitable vehicle at the last minute for no extra charge. They made the whole process very easy, and they were extremely courteous and I was impressed by the level customer service, which is why I felt an online review was warranted. Should I ever need to rent a car in Chilliwack again, I will definitely use them again.

We rented a vehicle for a day trip to Vancouver. The vehicle that we had reserved was still out for an oil change so the Manager (Anubhav) was able to provide us an upgrade without any issue. Was a pleasant experience - would recommend.

I rented a cargo van here for moving some household goods. The process was seemless (booked online), the guys were pleasant at the counter and the equipment was nice (2018 Transit high-bay) and allowed me to haul more than expected. I will certainly rent here again.

I was provided a car by enterprise well my car was getting fixed at westend, the first xar i was given was far to small for my needs, they assured me they would fix this and they did. They drove to my work with a full size car and exchanged it with me with outstanding service
