No doubt they have the best team with great customer service and friendly mood. Very helpful and extremely professional. When you compare the prices with other companies you might think they are more expensive, but in fact they are much cheaper. I used their service 6 times so far, and their trucks are brand new, they had a maximum of 16,000 KM! clean, neat, stable and safe vehicles! I totally recommend and will always rent from here when i need trucks or cars !

I have to say that I didn't have the greatest experience with these guys. The branch staff were okay (not stellar, just alright) when I went to pick up the truck I had rented to move a piece of furniture. It was advertised as only 39.99 a day (it would have been nice if someone told me about the cheaper rate had i rented any of the 4 days before my rental date which was on a Thursday, so prime time I guess). Anyway I had to speak to someone on the phone at this company it was awkward and not really a nice experience for me as the customer (yes, me, the important one;).My 36 hour rental (which becomes 2 days effectively) cost over $150. I wasn't lied to, but nobody tried to help or save me any money, so I won't be going there ever again. A Modo Truck rental would have cost me a fraction of that and been EASIER to get to (the Discount branch is a bit of a trek to get to). Sorry Discount, but you do not live up to your own name. Hope this helps someone!

Very good prices and very helpful staff. I used their service for the past couple of months and every single time I was completely satisfied. On my last visit , they went above and beyond. Although the store was almost closed, Chris waited and helped me out with the truck. I highly recommend their service.

Got brand new car that had only 30 KM on it. That is why I am giving two star. One thing that I don’t like about discount car is their additional charge business. The cars come with 300 KM cap each day, to increase it you have to play $10. I forgot to fill up my tank the other day and it had only 2 units less fuel to the full tank. For that 2 units they charged me $58!!!!! I could have filled entire tank with that and still be left over with money! Be careful when you rent car from here, if price difference is just $10 then go for enterprise instead of this crappy place. I think they are a fraud.
