I've never had a bad experience renting a car here. They are very accommodating and often offer upgrades!

I left a message with a girl there 9 days ago and have yet to hear back. It was literally something they could answer for me right then and there but they chose not to and to instead take a message and not call me back. I asked what they currently had out front available for rentals as I wanted to switch out the minivan they gave me originally. I have attempted to call on 3 different dates since then including 5 trys today, and every time I call the line rings a bunch and then just clicks off with no answering machine. How do you run a business like that ?

Myself and my cousin reserved a compact car online on 15th of this month, we arrived at the store around 11.45 (in 15 minutes they are closing ,because it was a Saturday). The lady in the front desk was very helpful and she offered us a better deal. Told us she was going to give a free upgrade to an SUV and we were happy, and another representative showed up from nowhere and he denied to give us the upgrade. Its not the way its work in Canada, if you offer something and then change your mind. This guy have no respect to his co-worker or the customer. We ended up cancelling the reservation because of his awful act. I am with Enterprise for last 4 years doing long term rentals and short time rentals, and i am pretty sure the SUV she offered was staying in the lot for the weekend. I feel very sorry for the girl in the front desk.

I love the customer service at this location. Use them in winters. They go above and beyond. Even a call back to me confirming again, insurance took care of all and no cost to me.

Rented a cargo van to use as my camper for a week in BC. There was a dent from the previous owner but the kept it from repair as I requested no substitutions. Much appreciated. Coming from Ontario, I had purchased a small camp stove from kijiji in Kelowna and the wonderful people there were kind enough to allow the seller there to drop it off the day before so I could pick it up with the vehicle. Again, greatly appreciated. Prices were reasonable and I was offered a ride back to my hotel upon return (denied as my hotel was quite close). Good people here. Highly recommend.
