After making a reservation to pick up a car at the driftwood mall location, they called me to notify that the driftwood mall location was closed until further notice and told me to pick up the car at the airport location. I thought they do a pick up service so I asked if they could pick me up from downtown but they simply refused and cancelled my reservation. Such an unprofessional service!

I called and made reservation for a car at 10AM 8-20-18. I rode my bicycle from Comox harbor to the Enterprise office at 2401 Cliffe Ave #13. I arrived at 10:30, and there was nobody in. There was sign that said we will be back at 11:00. I waited untill 11:30, there was still nobody there. I left and got a car from Budget only half a mile away. I don't want to get people fired, but it looks like these people did not care, and I was not the only one who got fooled by them.

Needed to rent a car, while my ICBC claim is being settled, on Friday August 17th. I show up at 130 no one is there until 230, I come back at 3 no one is there until 430, I come back for the third time at 430 and they have zero cars available until Monday. What a complete embarrassment and waste of an entire afternoon. First and only time I will ever try dealing with you and will be sure to let anyone else considering your business not to as well. Total amateur operation.
