Excellent service! My flight into Comox Airport was delayed, and the manager stayed after hours just to give me the keys to my rental. Total life saver! I was in the area for work and not getting a car right away would have really screwed with my plans. I'll rent at Enterprise next time I'm here.

Rude and bad customer service by the manager on-site. Wrong information was also provided to customers.

Shortly after dropping off our car, our flight was canceled due to fog. We had to get home to Toronto, so decided to drive to Victoria for an alternate flight. The manager gave us a great deal on the extended rental, one-way drop. She also provided accurate guidance on how much gas to buy, and directions to the off-site location at the Victoria airport.

Pick up and drop off went smooth at this location. Very courteous reception at the desk for arrival and departure.
