Car was a mess inside not clean at all, the windows were nasty at nighttime you couldn’t see out front windshield with how gross the windows were. Gas was NOT FULL when picked up. The person left a note that he has was 80% when picked up. When returned it was 90% full they wouldn’t not accept car without full tank. Told them issue with windows and mess of car when picked up. Very rude and very unprofessional and unorganized. I would never recommend anyone here.

Booked online way in advance, and was turned away on the day I went to pick it up because I only have my N(class 7). I understand some places have policies, and having an N was one of them. However, there was NOTHING stated in my booking confirmation or online. This was a total waste of my time and made me scramble to find another rental car in a city that has limited car rentals. The front desk person I was talking was not at all helpful and just said he will look into why it doesn't state online about this issue. I will not book through here or recommend it.

We reserved a car a few days ago and at the time we want to pick it up, they said that the car is not available!

I've rented twice there, a 3ton and a 5ton. Both experiences were good. Good staff, good service. They worked with my schedule - late pickup the day before and late return the day of and just were all around helpful and friendly. Compared to u-Haul... well, no comparison.
