Normally I have a good experience with Hertz, but this location I definitely can not recommend unfortunately. First, the customer service was very poor when we got there, and most importantly failed to notify the dropping off rules after closing hours. We agreed to drop the car off at a Saturday at 8 PM, but when we got there the gate was closed. We called customer service and they told us to park it on the street, but we would be liable until morning for every damage that would happen on that car in the (sketchy) street... If we would have known this beforehand, we would have never booked it obviously, since we just wanted to book it for the day. I would advise not booking here (at least not in the weekends)

if there were a way to rate 0 stars I would, do NOT trust this company. Got to the pick up spot and they had overbooked all the cars. Had to wait for hours at the station and then missed an ENTIRE evening of a festival we travelled far to get to. What a waste of money and vacation time. on top of that they offered a $100.00 gift certificate that was only valid for under 6 months, and i am unable to use it or give it away. Very disappointed in the integrity and quality of service of this company. Awful.

We rented a car in this location, and we were greeted by AJ. He was friendly, and accommodating. The process was easy, and when we returned the car they were kind enough to drop us off to our next destination. We had a very good experience here.
