Excellent service. Victoria Enterprise staff were very professional and handled all my concerns with a positive attitude. Great team! Well done and thanks again. Keep up the good work. Thank you for being family focused and respectful. -Mr. Blion

It went so well, I'm wondering if it was wrong. I failed at getting any names - but all 3 weekend staff today (Saturday November 24th 2018) was exceptional. I was the only customer at the time and all 3 helped me. Absolutely amazing service and Enterprise should acknowledge these three.

The most amazing car rental experience that I have ever received. I rented a standard car for one month: coast-to-coast trip with my boys. The manager gave me the rented car in person and it was a 2018 Dodge Charger. He promised me that my two boys 8 & 11 will love it...he was right. They loved it. The car was amazing during the trip. It took me 10 minutes to return the car despite the busy time. The manager and his staff are extra friendly, efficient and accommodating to everyone. This is a role-model customer service. My check in invoice was printed and sent to me by email. I highly recommend this car rental shop for any one. I will use them again for sure. Thank You for going above and beyond.

1st time renting a car and had a great and smooth/easy experience with the guys here. I booked a Hyundai Elantra or similar for 3 days and instead got a free upgrade to a Buick 2019 AWD SUV. Great car to drive in Canada weather. Returned it and they refunded me difference because I overfilled the tank (started on 1/4) and were happy to give us a lift back into town! For 3 days was about 95 bucks, even with damage waiver. Would recommend. Thanks guys.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices, however not fully transparent. Phoned in about renting a vehicle and got a great quote of about 35 a day. Was also told they could get me a Nissan as I wanted to try the vehicle. So I reserved myself a spot. The day I show up in person however they mention insurance is about 30 dollars doubling the price. Which still is reasonable but an unexpected surprise. Additionally, they did not provide me with a Nissan but a Chevrolet. The establishment itself alongside its parking lot is a little dirtier than I would like. An update on customer policies and the building would help this place.
