My cousin rent a car for suv car with gps but it didn’t give us a gps and said only for chip memory. The next day My cousin called and keep putting us on hold and hang up 10x even I pay extra money for that rental car. Until finally they said they want to see the car if it is actually doesn’t have gps. It’s really far where we live and make us drive just because to it’s not working, waste of my time. So they gave me the small car instead. The next day I’m leaving and return the rental car, this old lady Asian look like Thai, Vietnamese or Filipino accused us smoking in the car but my family doesn’t smoke. I told her it was like that before and she said I’m not charging you but just remind you don’t smoke in the car. I said ok but we did not smoke in the car. Then she said repeat herself again with an attitude and said if you want to argue and discuss we can go inside with the manager. I was furious and mad but all we said okay. First of all the lady should’ve ask instead of telling but stop telling us to remind not to smoke. We are not dumb , of course you don’t smoke in the car. I it was terrible service, customer service and rude people who works there and even accused of us that we smoke but we did not😡

So I rented a mini van for less than a day, that alone was $97! Turns out it’s actually USD. And then this morning I check my bank statement and they’ve charged me $200.00. My receipt says $97.40, and yet they charged me $200. This company actually CRIMINALLY ROBBED me. Disgusting.

We rented with thrifty all over the world but customer service was shocking here. Our reservation was not available as ordered online and the staff at the counter was not willing to help or even acknowledge the issue at hand.

Worst car rental ever! Its a scam company. Don't trust the price they tell you. It's not cheaper. First, the price is US dollars. Second, they charge a long list of random fees for no reason without telling you at front. Made you pay double than your actual bill. No other car rental companies charge like that. I would hate 0 star for this company.

What the other reviewer said. It seems like their company's business is built around these anti-human practices. Offer low prices and actually make money catching customers who didn't notice every little bump in the windshield. We picked up a car with scratches _everywhere_ that's just generally not very cared for. We recorded the scratches on pretty much every single side of the body but when we came back, they went through this routine that seemed well rehearsed. They didn't even bother looking at the bigger scratches and picked a small barely visible chip in the windshield that they decided to charge us for. They also offered some gas refill deal that they emphasized entirely on the per liter price which is cheaper than the price on the street. When we brought the car back, it turned into an all or nothing deal where they only refilled the entire tank for a fixed price. Since most customers probably can't plan their drive such that they run exactly out by the time they return the vehicle, most customers will be taken advantage of. Theoretically it was our fault that we weren't vigilant enough but it was their deliberate belligerence and the satisfaction on their face when they spring the trap when you return the vehicle that makes their business dubious in legitimacy. I doubt they would even fix anything with the money they extract from tricked customers and leave the damage on the car to continue farming for money.
