This is a great convenient place to rent a car while in vancouver especially if you are going there with family. The daily rental rates were reasonable, the car that I got was brand new and the people were professional in their attitude and service. The return was a breeze, just remember to fill up the gas tank. Would book again.

I've rented from Alamo several times and every time the service is excellent. Reserved a mid size car for my stay in Vancouver and was upgraded to a Ford Flex. Excellent car, very comfortable ride and roomy. Easy pickup and drop off. Overall excellent experience.

Not a good experience if you don't mind renting from a counter at an airport being told that you're going to get one car and then 10 minutes later you can't have that car but they are happy to give you a car that is worse then the first one they offered you. But they are still happy to charge you the price that you were offered on that first car. As a corporate client of Alamo which is owned by Enterprise Holdings which of course has Enterprise Car Rentals and National Car Rentals I was not looked after in a way that I should have been. Even if I wasn't a corporate client of a company company that has 25,000 people globally and this was just a personal rental I should have still being given what I had been promised in the first place.

I rented from Alamo several times over the past few years and it has always been a better than an great experience. Prices are great and the vehicles are in good shape. There was a small issue the last time around, but the manager went way beyond my expectations to make things right. I will continue doing business with them in the future.

Excellent experience from beginning til the end. The service was smooth. We requested a compact car but got instead a Ford flex. It's nice if you want large car but we didn't really needed it and it ended up being a fuel hog.
