Interesting location - very small lot. When we returned our car the lot was so full we had to drive on the curve to park it. Then they couldn't get their shuttle out because it was blocked by all the returns to take us to the airport. They ended up driving us in our rental car and dropping us off instead - so that worked out.

A one-star rating is too high for the service we received. We had a very frustrating experience with this rental shop and would not recommend booking here. Throughout our stay we felt very unwelcome. Originally we made our booking via Europecar but the payment somehow didnt go through. Instead of helping us the employees ended up blaming it on us and tried to offer us new deals at astronomical prices....Thats not how you want to start into your vacation after a 11h flight. Literally every other customer who entered during our 45minute visit was also frustrated by the service.

Actually the WORST! Made a booking online, and recieved a confirmation email. The morning of the booking I recieved a missed call from Discount. When I called back, I was told that the missed call was just a marketing call to be disregarded. On arriving at the rental shop I was told a) the confirmation was only for a booking REQUEST, not a booking, and that no cars were available. I mentioned the missed call and the attendant essentially called me a liar, telling me that what I had been told was not that it was a marketing call and that they had informed me that no car was available - i know what i heard. Never again!

Disgusting location, disgusting customer service, disgusting management, and disgusting company! I would NEVER do business with these ripoffs again. Rented a moving truck for a one way trip. Truck was garbage, mirror spun around all the way while driving from Vancouver to Calgary - couldn't pass on the Coquihalla because of no mirror (both passenger and driver were broke) (It was raining during the drive, the rain was also enough to move the mirror around). Company would do nothing about it, customer service told me "you get what you pay for". Put my life, my families life, and personal belongings at risk. Rented with them in June and this issue is still on-going. Refuse to offer refund or any compensation. When I called their customer service line, MULTIPLE agents agree that there are issues with their fleet of vehicles but they don't do anything about them and that it was my fault cause I should have tightened the mirror. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

What a pile of junk. Cars were dirty. Try to scam me on additional junk. And the car stinks. Wait was so damn long. Area is sketchy as heck.
