We give 0 stars. Gave us a truck with low gas and filthy. We didnt even have enough gas to make it to our hotel. Asked for a different car and they said we get what they pick. Very rude and unprofessional. They were rolling their eyes at us when we talked. Go to enterprise or Hertz. Worth the extra money for the way we were treated and the condition of the vehicle.

Not enough staff. Waited a long time for airport shuttle and for service at the rental store. Car was good but process extremely inconvenient. Just rent a car at the airport.

This is one of the worst organized places I've ever seen or experienced. I received instruction by voicemail on how to locate the shuttle service at the airport. It took me 20-30 minutes to find where the shuttle pick up was because their instructions were very misleading. Once arrived on location, there were 6-7 other renters in front of me, one of which said they had waited close to 1 hour before someone actually served them. It took me 1:30 before i was served. Not enough staff and they seem to run all over the place and don't focus on one task. A lot of lost time and inefficiency.

I won’t be booking through Hotwire for offering it as an option. First off I had to call 6 times to finally talk to someone at the location to figure out where their shuttle was. Then we had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive after the representative told me it would be a max of 20.. Finally when we got to the location we had to wait 2 hours to get the car we reserved and there were only 4 people ahead of me in line. I never thought that this level of ineptitude was possible. The people in front of us actually cheered when they finally got their car...!

Our flight was delayed and we arrived after 10PM. The man who picked us up at the airport was super sweet (I didn’t get his name though!) This location closes at 10PM, but Manvir was very helpful at the counter and made the process easy and super fast. He went through every step - explaining the deposit in CAD and our charges. My parents were driving so we weren’t charged any additional fees. Thanks again!
