Picked up a car it was dirty on the inside and out gas was at a quarter tank plus one of the snow tires was really low on tread depth. They had a hard time with icbc. Would not recommend this location

Thanks for your lack of help. You promised you would hold a 4x4 for me, then when I showed up you not only didn't have the vehicle, but you refused to help because of your system.

They really have good service. I rented SUV over the weekend with a good price.

Worst experience ever. They never asked me for the fuel option, but charged me with a full tank later, even though I gave back the car fully tanked. Called twice (in Calgary, where I gave the car back), and they said they will call back, but never received an answer. Billing hotline said I chose another tank option, which I didn't. Will never rent with Hertz again.

If I could give them ZERO starts I would. Absolutely the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Was charged an outrageous fee, after being mislead by an additional insurance charge I specifically asked to be declined. When I went back to talk to Sam, he was both belittling and condescending to me. I had to escalate this situation to their Customer Service in the USA, which not only heard me out, but assisted me and gave me a refund. Zero thanks to Sam at this location. What an absolute JOKE. Do not rent a vehicle from here. Take your business elsewhere.
