Very helpful customer service. We (my wife and I) booked the car, bur he offered us so many other alternative options. And was so patient with all of my questions. I did rent a car many times in the States,, Europe or Canada, I've never got such a attention and easy going. The car I got, was clean inside and out and had it for fourteen days and no problem. Thanks to management. This branch completely recommendable.

The staffs at this location are courteous and have been very helpful to address my needs. They even dropped off me and my wife at the Cruise terminal where we were embarking on a cruise to Central America. I recommend to rent a car from this location especially if you are taking a cruise to and from Vancouver.

I don't normally post reviews , but we had top notch service from Mat at this location on Sept 21st. I had made an online reservations for a full size car a week prior for a one day one way drop off at the Langley location ! I frequently use enterprise car rental's but in other locations, 1st for this one we got off our cruise ship at 8:15 am at the pan pacific and called them, Mat answered and I said I would like to confirm our reservation and that a car would be available ? **(some reviewers stating sometimes no car's available ? gave me some concerns) He confirmed my reservation and that a car will be be available" I asked him if he could come pick us up in front of the Pan and we have two large suitcases, No problem it'll be 20 min....shuttle driver showed up in the said time and loaded our luggage and took us to the front door of the Granville location and Mat was there to greet us and had us underway in just over 10 min. in a brand new pickup truck: Thank-you Mat... you made our Cruise and Journey Home Exceptional

One of the best rental experiences I've had. Enterprise on Granville Street is a fantastic agency who offer top notch service that is cheery and accommodating. I've rented cars all around the world and can recommend this service. Booking online was easy and the prices are very competitive. The parking lot itself is a bit difficult to navigate out of as quite tight so ask for help if you need. #goodrentalcar #carrental

Our train was delayed and I called ahead to ensure we would still have a car. Spoke to the representative and he said he would hold our car a moved back the pick-up time. Arrived at the location and we had to wait just a short time for the car to get cleaned. Process overall was quick and efficient with no problems.
