Meric was extra helpful and provided great service. Check in and check out process was seamless and fast. The car was clean and in good condition. There was a brief discussion about a small chip on the windshield but the staff was fair and helpful. Convenient location and good service, I will rent again. Note: Make sure you check the car thoroughly before you sign the contract. Don't make the mistake of glancing quickly and relying on their inspection. Make sure you ask them to take a note of even the smallest scratches and chips. They do not ignore small wear and tear like other bigger rental companies.

Out of the many car rentals in the last year, this one was the easiest, least stressful, and most pleasant. Excellent choice of car for what I paid, quick pick-up, easy extension by phone, and good downtown location. No surprises, other than seeing how bad the reviews are online. Posting reviews seems to skew negative, with people's bad experiences pushing them over the threshold for taking the time to leave a review. After my good experience with Ace, they deserve my time and this good review. For the pick-up inspection, the person helping me took the time to go over all the little things, so there would be no chance for surprises on return. Very reasonable and quick inspection when I dropped off. The best part was how nice everyone was. I interacted with five people in total and they were all professional, precise, working well as a team, polite, and easy going. I understand there are high demand months and customers may not be happy with the wait, car availability, and so on, but this crew are doing their best and I would not hesitate to go back when I visit Vancouver again.

Maybe I hit them on a good week but I had a very positive experience with this location. A really good deal and an upgrade. Very attentive customer service. I had already planned on getting insurance there so that was all fine for me. Would probably give them 4.5 stars, honestly.

Terrible and fraudulent, the rep just told me that they purposely hide information on the website about the additional insurance they force you to buy so that people will still book with them otherwise no one would. AVOID

Do not run from this company. They will literally scam you. The matter what the prices online ad on $20 when you get to the location because they will not except any outside insurance if you are traveling internationally. That means no American Express or your current car insurance carrier. This is completely pointless to rent from them. Mary Was extremely rude to her employee who is helping us with the transaction, when he tried to offer us an additional perk she cut him off right in front of us and scolded him. Then she proceeded to become read with us about their policy and canceled our reservation on the spot. We then went to Hertz and not only paid less but had a wonderful experience.
