Really appreciated the friendly and professional service at this Hertz. I had an accident with my rental car and they were most kind and helpful in assisting me with processing the paperwork and advising me on my claims process. I didn’t get the name of the lady who assisted me at the counter (she didn’t have a name tag) but she was super knowledgeable and nice. Most of all, she followed up with airport Hertz so I was able to get my replacement car there very smoothly. Also appreciated the friendly advice from Bruno that I received as I was leaving.

Call centre HELL. On hold for over 10 minutes only to get blocked by the staff three times to talk with the location that I actually wanted to speak to. Then, when I finally got to speak to the actual location, they were rude and not understanding. Background: I was running late and I wanted everything to be set up properly so that this wouldn't be another place where I would get stuck being late- however they were not understanding about it and kept trying to explain to me how long it's going to take instead of trying to tell me that they could help me through the process. I usually rent with Enterprise. Never going back to Hertz.

I rented a vehicle from this office in June 2018 and was impressed with the car - a Toyota Crolla - which was faultless - and with the professional manner in which the check out and return were conducted. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Fast and efficient but take note that it closes at 5.30pm not at 6pm as stated in Google Maps. Do arrive earlier as they really do not entertain anyone once they are closed. I arrived at 5.20pm and their office was already shut. But if you're returning your rented vehicle, just drive round their back & drop it off their underground carpark (express drop off).
