Feels shoddy, but they got us a great car. The car was quite dirty on the outside and the license plate bent, but the interior was very clean. I will need to wait and see, upon returning the car, if they will charge me any mystery fees.

Great experience at Hertz marine drive location. Ravi and his team did a excellent job, staff was friendly and efficient. Gurpreet helped me find the best car for my need and at the best rate. The car was like brand new and nicely detailed inside. The best rental location I have visited so far.

Worst service I've ever had they sent me to three different places one place they didn't even reserve a vehicle sent me an hour away to a place that wasn't where my reservation was then I had to go back another half an hour they told me I was getting a 2018 truck and I got a 2012 bad customer service bad service over the phone they're all lyers worst experience ever ICBC should really change their company for rental vehicles if you're going to rent a vehicle personally go to Elmo car rentals the best place to rent a vehicle

If you are from outside Vancouver, avoid hertz and this location . They try to charge you things like cleaning fee for smoking even through you never smoke in your life. Because they know you cannot come back to argue with them. So in my case, I have to file a case at VISA department for justice. The assistants there are such insidious persons, AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET FRAUD.
