I came here for a rental car during an internship last fall (2017), and had great experience. Due to my height they gave me a free upgrade to a Dodge Charger, so that it would be more comfortable for me. That was at no extra cost for 2 weeks, then they let me continue renting the Charger after the 2 weeks for a very reasonable price. It was an awesome car and it made my internship experience much better. I had the Charger for almost 3 months and I'll definitely be getting another rental from here the next time I'm in BC.
Also they inspected the car in front of me, showed me all of damages to the vehicle (there were only minor ones) and wrote them down and when I turned in the Charger they didn't try to bill me for those same damages. Additionally, for a small extra fee they let me drive the Charger to the airport on my departure day and drop it off with one of their partners at the airport, instead of dropping it off at the store which helped me out greatly. Not only that, I'm from the US and they accepted my US auto insurance as a substitute for the Canadian auto insurance.
