First class location. I highly commend the branch manager Chad for leading such a great team! I rent a lot due to the nature of my business, and when I have a choice in the matter, I choose to spend my hard earned dollars here. The prices are fair, the service is fast and friendly, and there is real care from the folks working there. Couldn't ask for more, I recommend you go rent from this great location!

We had arranged for car pick up at noon and we were late by about 30minutes. It turns out this location closes right at noon so there was no one there to get us our vehicle. By fluke the branch manager Chad and a few other employees had just returned to the location with another vehicle. He was very happy to help us get a car even though they were closed. The process was quick and easy and everyone was so kind. I will rent here again.

Branch manager Chad is a star and his entire team are amazing! The pick up has been quick and easy, and cars were always clean and reliable. After hours return is a bonus in this location, and offers flexibility in scheduling. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! Very friendly, phenomenal customer service from the gentleman Chad and such great cars for a good price! Highly recommended! The gentleman Chad there is awesome , greeted us and was very helpful with questions we had and any concerns we had. Helped us with our car and got us what we needed for our family trip to Kamloops . Thank you so much ., Highly recommend this location !!

Branch manager Chad was really kind and professional. I originally booked full size car but the other location gave me SUV. So I wanted to get into full size car, I originally booked. Chad helped me out in efficient and professional manner. Definitely recommend!!!
