I wish there were more than 5 stars. Hillary and Bikram were extremely helpful. I had an intermediate rental booking, however on arrival was upgraded to a sweet ride. Didn't see that coming. Will be renting every now and then. The nice gesture made me wash the car before returning.

I've enjoyed working with this company and particularly the location in Kitsilano. The staff are friendly and able to answer all my detailed questions about coverage, prices, and so much more. Hilary at the front desk is a joy to work with. I will be renting here consistently.

This is the only place I will rent from. Great customer service from a company that still has the 'human' factor in dealing with people instead of citing hard policy. Great pick up/drop off but they'll cover $10 of your cab fare when they are understaffed or when it's busy. The new manager Hillary gives 110% to make sure you're a happy customers and is cool and calm even when it's super busy.

The is a very busy car rental place, but the young lady at the counter provide fabulous customer service. The car cleaners at the back were also very nice. I am very happy with my car rental and I'll rent again.

Excellent customer service - pick-up was smooth and car was upgraded for free. They do offer after-hours drop-off, and Patrick at the front desk was great with following up the next day via telephone to confirm the final amount and close out the contract.
