Enterprise is a really easy and convenient place to rent the car from. The staff are really helpful and it's really easy to book online. I always find it amazing that I pick the car that I want online, and the exact car that I've picked is actually in the lot. Things have definitely changed since picking a type of car and having whatever you get once you get there. Enterprise website is easy to use as this location. And as I said, the people there were very helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating

Best car rental company close to airport. They always have a great selection of cars with amazing customer service and the shuttle to and from the airport is always within five to seven minutes whereas on another trip in August it took about 35 minutes to get a shuttle for discount car on Bridgeport. Just a special FYI if your flight from the airport is before 6 a.m. in the morning Enterprise has a special relationship where you can drop the car off at the airport directly which made it perfect for us will rent there all the time without hesitation

SO HELPFUL. Reeve and Joel went literally above and beyond, helping me in a tough situation with a last minute car rental that was mixed up - such great guys! They were so so kind and patient and did everything in their power to work out a good deal for me. They were AMAZING!!! Really appreciate the help guys!! Thank you again so much!

Enterprise at this location has the best customer service! All of the employees are genuinely nice and lovely! Especially Jim who picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. Jim was truly awesome. I willnever rent a car from another place other than at this location when I visit Vancouver! Recommended 100%

Very fast shuttle pickup from YVR, they even emailed a number to call before 7 am because shuttle buses run less frequent at night. The actual pickup and drop off site is off Sea Island but they whisk you away from and back to the airport. So when you pickup and drop off the car you aren't in the middle of unfamiliar one off style, busy lane traffic.. just a slow average neighborhood next door to a huge Costco parking lot. Easy access to the Vancouver bridge system to get to Canada Highway, but if you need to navigate downtown its an easy adjustment. Fast efficient and very courteous.
