I rent cars from Best Car Rentals every time I need to get out of the city and I'm always impressed with the customer service. It's refreshing to have a manager tailor the service/car rental to your specific needs instead of being bound by company regulations. Tony is flexible and personable. I strongly recommend Best Car Rentals for personable service!

Definitely the best place to rent a car in Vancouver. I went twice already and I was always extremely satisfied with the friendly customer service, the cheap prices and the cars. I highly recommend Best Price Car Rentals to my friends and family.

we went there because we are 19 and we could hardly find other companies renting cars to under age drivers. the car was pretty good, everything worked and it was clean. we got it without any kind of prereservation, we just communicated with Tony via emaill and were able to get it spontaneously. all in all a good experience

I would give 0 star only If I could! Worst experience ever, booked an economy car for the next day, after I received confirmation and email I went to the shop at 8 am as stated on the booking and the shop was close, I called the owner and he said he didn’t have any booking. He said “I have a suv for 72$” and I was ok with till he said 72$ for rent and total of 250$. After I asked why 250$ he said I never told you 72$. Regardless I had booking confirmed he was still trying to fool me with a new booking of 250$. Dodgy, unprofessional and really bad attitude. Worst car rental in Canada.

Fish in Tanks? NO, THANKS! I walked into this shop a couple weeks ago and I was appalled. Have you seen their fish tank? They have 8 massive fish in this tiny tank. Quite frankly this is quite inhumane. As Shirley has stated this is torture. Numerous scientific reports from around the world confirm that fish feel pain. Fragile fish, who were born to dwell in the majestic seas and forage among brilliantly colored coral reefs, suffer miserably when they are forced to spend their lives in glass tanks. If you're going to keep them in dirty conditions, underfeed them, not devote the necessary amount of time to them and/or keep them in spaces that are too small for them, then yes, this is cruel. Please don’t support the fish trade by purchasing fish. If you enjoy watching fish, consider downloading one of the many colorful and realistic fish-themed computer screensavers available on the Web. Check with an expert or consult a good fish book to determine their requirements. I cannot support a business that harms our wildlife!!!! as a proud vancouverite i'd rather ride my bicycle than rent from these fish abusers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
