Great service! Staff are very friendly and manager (Rohan) is really helpful. Cars are well maintained and brand new.

Had a nightmare experience with this rental place. Staff Tim impolite face and rude talking tone made people to believe he is being thru some serious life’s problems. Wish him all the best and hope Enterprise could hire proper customer service employees.

Very hard to find and there is no real way finding anywhere indicating how to find it. First go inside the Pan Pacific Hotel on the street level (up to 'G' level if you're in the elevators). To the right of the escalator to the Hotel Lobby you'll find the desk for National and Enterprise.

Very hard to find this location. Went into the main building and found the Enterprise kiosk. No one there but hear someone talking in the back. Must be on the phone talking care of someone. Waited there for awhile. Guy comes out only to tell me this isn’t where I begin. I asked where and he quickly says go to the elevator and press option 11. Went to 2 sets of elevators only to get caught up in elevator hell! We went back to the guy and he clarified to go to the 2nd set of elevators and press P2. This took us to parking level 2 where we needed to walk a long way to finally find a section of this dark cold parking lot to rent a vehicle. Once there the guys were very attentive and friendly and got us into a nice vehicle right away. Just wish it would be easier to find.

Had a nightmare of an experience at this branch. First, good luck getting anyone on the phone. Took at least 15 calls over a 30 minute period. Second, the check in process was botched. No one at the front desk for 5-10 minutes. Then once you're checked in, they send you down a few floors to the hotel parking garage where you go on a vehicle hunt to find your rental amongst all the other cars in the hotel garage. No one is in the garage to do an inspection with you so I'm getting the blame for a shallow dent near the bottom of the passenger door that is hard to notice (see picture - I'm fighting a $1600 charge for this!!! infuriating). Third, there wasn't a validation ticket in the vehicle like I was told and the employee had already left for the day when I went back to the kiosk. That had me stuck in the garage for a bit longer. Total check in time took over an hour. Enterprise/National will be losing an emerald customer for both business and personal travel primarily due to the outrageous charge that I'm certain didn't happen on my watch. If they can't even answer the phone, what makes me think they can do a proper inspection after the previous customer checked the vehicle in? Avoid this branch.
