Joshua Sears at National Car Rental is an incredible employee and an asset to the company. I understand how difficult it must be to work a Customer Service role during Covid and I appreciate all the help and kindness provided to me. Thank you so much for staying kind and professional and I will continue to use National as long as I know Joshua will be handling my booking :)

Shout out to Joshua Sears at National Car Rental. During a period when there was a shortage of cars available, he had numerous irate customers to deal with. It could have gotten ugly. Somehow Joshua remained calm, collected and professional the entire time. I've worked in numerous customer service positions and I was highly impressed with Joshua's professionalism. He managed to diffuse a few difficult situations with quiet confidence. We will use National again if we know Joshua will be handling our booking!

Great service and several cars to choose from. Chose RAV4 XLE with 600km on the clock - nothing like driving a new car! The staff were courteous and professional. Keep up the good work.
