We called last night to book a car, we were told by the busy attendant that there was no need to book a reservation for the next morning, that there were lots of cars available. We showed up the next morning to find that they didn't have anything on the lot. They offered no apology and didn't seem to care that they misled us. The simply said that we could come back in the afternoon. Strongly recommend getting a reservation somewhere else and not wasting your time here.

Lovely lovely lovely! Had a great experience - collected from the Harbour (even though we arrived 2 hours early), smooth check in process, Cameron was of fantastic help and even gave us a free upgrade. Definitely recommend!

The first time I rented a car here I arrived 30 minutes after I said I would be (had difficulty finding a ride) they phoned and asked if I was still coming to get the car, I was just around the corner, 30-45 seconds away. By the time I got into the lot, they had given my vehicle away to another person and I was told that I had to wait either for another vehicle to get hastily cleaned or for another to get delivered. A couple weeks later I rented another vehicle, this time I requested a pick up figuring it would be easier than arranging another ride. I set up an early time for the pick up since I had to take the car to Vancouver but the driver was really late and then took his time driving back to the office. Missed the ferry and late to pick people up from the airport. There are a couple of really professional, hard working people at this office, they are the saving graces. if some of the staff weren't making so many mistakes then the others wouldn't have to work so hard trying to fix them. Trying to make it right is appreciated, but hassle free would be even better.

Very high quality of service provided by Enterprise. The rental itself was brand new and never had any issues, exceeded expectations. Dealing with Enterprise has been extremely pleasant. Cameron has displayed and provided a high level of professionalism and customer service and as such I will be choosing Enterprise for all my future car rental needs. 5/5 would recommend

Really good car rental company. The car was like new, clean and economic. The company even came to pick us up at the departure bay to finalise the renting to their location. It was clear, quick/efficient with nice staff. I recommend !
