Had some issues in the start with the rate. But Katy and Shane pulled through and made it super easy. Thank you

Above average thoughtful employees who know what they're doing.

Using this company added so much stress to an already stressful move. I called and reserved a truck the week before and reserved it for the Sunday. They said to check in and pay before the Friday (which I forgot to do with all of the other things I had to coordinate). I called in the Saturday morning around 11am to confirm and say I would be in to pay my deposit. The woman on the phone said they still had the truck for me and I could come in at any point of Saturday to put the deposit down and sign the papers. When I got there at 5pm, the manager just said they cancelled it and there was nothing he could do, they already gave away the truck. I was left to frantically call around other places to get a moving van for the next day. Until I received a call that said they had a truck. When I went in the next morning, I was told I had to have 450.00 pre-authorization on my credit card and ended up getting charged an extra vehicle fee that I was not verbally told when I rented the truck. My issue was that they didn't have the courtesy to make a service call on Friday to just double check if I was still taking the truck (I work with reservations and do it all the time), Even if they did cancel the reservation, I was told (apparently after they already did it) that it was not cancelled and I had the truck, before I was told that I did NOT have the truck the evening before my move, their customer service was terrible in my experience (customer communication especially), and there were charges that were written/buried deep in the paper work that they did not tell me about, and were all to happy to shrug off and say, "well, it was in the contract." When I brought my experience up to customer service, the CS agent shrugged it off and their whole tone shifted and seemed to just want to get off the phone. I learned two things on my move. Be more prepared (my own fault) and never use budget ever again.

I was in a bind and 8.5 months pregnant. The staff here were so helpful and saved my day.
