I returned my rental car and was walking to the nearby Starbucks to meet a friend, when a woman from National pulled up beside me in the car I had just returned. She found my glasses in the car so she chased me down to return them. That goes above and beyond good service.

Booked online for 1 day 11:00am to 11:00am. When I picked it up the customer service lady asked when I would like to return it, I asked if 2:00 was fine? She said of course no concerns.... What she failed to tell me was that for those extra 3 hours it was a full extra day rental, and charged my credit card the 2 day rental without my knowledge. I would have simply returned it at 11 if she would have just been forthcoming with the information.

They were so friendly and there was no stress at all getting a car. Kids loved the cookies. The courtesy shuttle to and from the airport was perfect and just as convenient as having a booth at the airport.

The service was great and the gentlemen that picked me up at the airport and dropped me off after a 30 day rental were exceptional. The only concern was when I dropped the vehicle off there seems to have been some small scratches on driver's back-end, I believe the bumper which I had not noticed. I did a lot of shopping at the different malls and it could have been caused by a shopping cart. I will be parking as far away from everyone with my new rental from Budget in order to avoid careless people. I also was a little irritated when asked to fill out a damage report; I found the girl behind the counter not very client oriented especially when I was in a hurry for an appointment. Also, when I asked about the process there really was no explanation except fill-out the paperwork. I was not given a copy and will be calling the head office to complain about the curt response.
