Convenient location right inside the airport. We would have given it five stars but after dropping the keys off in the drop box we realized we forgot something in the car. Called the number immediately and was told they would have a look and call back. We have called every day since returning only to be told today they had to wait for the car to come back? We were willing to pay to have the item returned but they wouldn’t even check the car for it. Very poor customer service.

The reception staff was nice. But the phone number on the online reservation confirmation was incorrect. Wasn't able to change pick-up time through the local service desk via phone call. Due to the flight delay, I had to wait for another hour to get the car key until all other customers being served.

Booked a car for 5 days, very helpful staff. Received the car quickly. No issues. Would book from here again. Thank you!

Standing in line for 45 mins. Still just standing here. We had an 8am pick up. We got to the desk at 7:53. She would not take us. No one was behind us. We left for 7 mins to get luggage. Then the line exploded from 2 flights arriving. Very slow service. Very slow indeed.
