Good service, better pre rent it online!

Perfect service. Hamish took great care of us and made it super easy, as well as an upgrade to a new Tiguan. Will use Avis car rental Whistler again.

Great service, really friendly staff and new quality cars available as of 2017/2018 season!

Unfortunately our experience wasn't so good. Came down in the morning to ask if we can pick up our car 1.5hrs earlier. Were confirmed that we can come down any time to pick our car. Checked out from the hotel to grab the car to be told by Avis that we now have to wait till our scheduled time unless we upgrade. The lady (and the bad experience came down to her attitude) who said she'd do some trouble shooting to sort us out sent us bluntly back into the waiting area (after we asked after 45 mins again) mentioning that she won't help us till our pick up time. It's very unfortunate to experience this unprofessional behaviour and bad customer service. The guy who served us in the end to give us the car was extremely nice though and did all he could to please us.
