We hired Alpine limo for our wedding day from a friend who recommended them. We called and confirmed the details with the company multiple times. On the day of the wedding while my husband was getting ready, Alpine called him all confused about the limos and was looking for confirmation an hour before they were suppose to pick him up. My poor husband had no idea because myself and my wedding coordinator had planned the limo. My husband was then panicking. We had warned Alpine of a bike race that was happening that day and if they could arrive early because we knew there would be traffic delays. They agreed. However on the day of our wedding they"forgot". I was picked up 40 minutes late. This meant that our Ceremony was 40 minutes late and I had to rush to put on my dress and get ready at the ceremony venue. This was NOT a relaxing enjoyable experience. To top it off the limo was not equipped to play our own music, they had no aux cord and when we finally found an iPhone charger to use to play music it didn't work. So we were stuck listening to the radio while driving around on our wedding day... Our driver was a nice enough guy though, and the only reason we are not rating Apline Limo as a 1 star.

Hired alpine for my wedding on July 13th. We hired two separate SUV limos and then a party bus at the end of the night. Booking through the company was easy and officiant. The only reasons I can't give 5 stars is because the driver I had for my bridal limo was very rude and unprofessional. He was wearing a shirt so wrinkled it looked like a balled up Kleenex. I asked about a cord for music and he said he didnt have one. He double checked the address with me asking "you're going to sooke?" And I responded with "well, East Sook." And he responded with "that doesn't matter, you're going to sooke us what I asked." And for those of you on the island, you know there is a major difference between east sooke and sooke. There is also a more pleasant way to talk to somebody. Especially on their wedding day! He was also a horrible driver, hard starts and stops and even stopped traffic having to turn around, because he went the wrong way. The driver my husband had was the same one we had in the party bus on the way back, and he was fantastic! Also, the limos are a bit dated with some tears on seats, a/c not working etc. Overall an okay experience. The trip back was fantastic though!
