Extremely Unprofessional

Do not use this Facility This is an extremely unprofessional operation. Transportation to and from the rental facility is disjointed. Paperwork is full of restrictions not advertised, like 150 mile limit. People how work the counter are I knowledgeable and rude. Car I got was fine as long as you do not mind having a red “ service now” light on the entire time. Stay away from this rental company at all cost.

Very very helpful for me. I had rented a car online by a different company. As I wanted to pick up the car I got very rude service and I couldn't have the car. Rent a wreck was a life saver for me. The came and picked me up from my location. The rented me a car and the were super friendly. It was a very good price and the car was like new. The pick up and drop off was very easy and very fast going. Very happy with your service!!

Personal and professional service - much more so than at large rental counters. Minimal wait time picking up or dropping off. All charges were fully explained. Detailed and agreed upon inspection of the car before I took it off the lot. The car was in awesome shape (as good or better than most other cars I’ve ever rented). None of the pressure or guilt that come along with other rental companies who always try to sell you extras or bully you into buying their own insurance. Location easy to walk to from the airport (no need to wait for shuttle). But they do have a transport option, too. Would definitely use again when in the Seattle area.

Great car rental service for the price for trips near and far. Rental location is near the airport for great convience. Chris helped us with our travel needs and was very professional, friendly, and courteous. I would highly recommend rent a wreck to anyone needing car rental.

I called a month ahead of time to rent a car from this location and let them know I did not yet have a flight time because I was flying standby and they assured me that they were flexible with the pickup time and it wouldn't be a problem. I was able to get on a flight and arrived in the early afternoon and called for a ride to the rental agency and they informed me that they had marked me as a no show and voided my reservation and were now sold out of all cars. The rep was also on lunch break and would not be back to the office for an hour to check any other options to help me out as I was stranded. He was very rude and displayed a severe lack of customer service skills. I later emailed in to corporate to see if I could get my "cancellation fee" refunded because I did everything in my power to prevent this from happening and after over a month of trying to get a response, I was finally informed they would not be refunding me for my troubles, all around poor experience, I recommend going anywhere else.

Run away! Do not rent from this place. Every negative review is right. They give really sketchy paper work and do not give you copies, they barely let you read it over. After your bring your car in they spend the longest time of any care rental place looking over every inch of the car. If they find the tiniest scratch, you better believe they're going to make a claim. Cue more sketchy insurance paperwork from them, which they basically make you sign, again no copies. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.
